These terms and conditions apply between Strandefjorden Bobilcamp and the person who himself or through someone else orders/pays for a campsite at Strandefjorden Bobilcamp.
The orderer/payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is listed as "Strandefjorden Mobile Camp", "We" or "SFBC".
The order/payment applies to the rental of a campsite at Strandefjorden Bobilcamp.
Customers/guests at SFBC are obliged to follow SFBC's "Rules".
To book and pay for a campsite on the website booking www.sfbc.no, the customer must be at least 18 years old. In order to complete the payment of the fee, a bank card or Vipps and BankId or equivalent are required. Payment is made directly, also when ordering.
Camping pitch reservation
The price includes renting the campsite, booking fee and any connection (including consumption) of electricity.
All places are booked from 12.00 to 12.00.
Stated space includes safety distances of up to 4 meters to neighbours.
Caravan cars are parked by the stage to maintain a safety distance of 4 metres.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information on the order confirmation is correct. Order confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In the event of a fault, SFBC must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of confirmation, however no later than 24 hours before arrival.
All prices are in NOK and include VAT.
Cancellation of booked place
Cancellation can only be done online via the link in the email confirmation. The customer can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the stay and get a refund of the booking value.
The cancellation fee (NOK 30) is not refunded in case of cancellation.
The customer takes care of the protection that the customer considers necessary, such as liability, vehicle, accident and luggage insurance.
SFBC is not responsible for damage or loss caused by third parties, nor for property left behind.
Other obligations and rules of procedure
The customer undertakes to take good care of the rental object and the facility, follow the rules of order, instructions and regulations that apply, and ensure that fellow travelers/own visitors do the same.
Between 22.00 and 08.00 the customer/guests must exercise the greatest consideration and silence towards other guests.
Regulations for safety distances when setting up caravans and mobile homes must be followed. The distance between two units must be at least four metres.
Instructions for source sorting of rubbish must be followed. Please note that only household waste is handled at SFBC.
Payment of the fee takes place online.

SFBC reserves the right to send information and marketing via e-mail or SMS on special occasions.
This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (orderer) and SFBC.
The agreement ends with immediate effect if:
Contact us with any complaints. Remember that the chances of the matter being rectified can be reduced if the customer delays the complaint.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, floods and other events that can be considered force majeure, SFBC can terminate the agreement, whereby the customer and guests must be notified as quickly as possible. In such cases, SFBC is obliged to refund the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit obtained from the site.
